Unity Housing is sending out a short survey in April/May. It’s your chance to tell us what we’re doing well and what we can do better. The survey is optional and your answers are anonymous.
How will I get the survey?
We are working with Community Housing Industry Association (CHIA NSW) to run the survey. You will get it by:
- Text message
- Or by post (if we don’t have your mobile or email)
What do I need to do?
- Keep an eye out from Tuesday 7 April 2026 for a text or email
- Click the link in your text or email and answer the questions
- Or look out for a paper survey from 1 May 2026, fill it in and send it back (reply-paid envelope included)
- It only takes about 10–15 minutes

Why should I fill out the survey?
Because your voice matters. Your feedback helps us improve your home and our services. Plus, if you complete the survey, you’ll go in the draw to win 1 of 5 $100 shopping vouchers!
Is my information safe?
Yes. Your answers are private, and we won’t know who completed the survey. We will use the results to see what we are doing well and where we can improve.
Will I see the results?
We’ll share the results in our tenant magazine Around the House and on our website.
