Avalon is a housing site of 16 single units in Adelaide’s metro south, housing mainly young people experiencing mental health challenges. Unity Housing manages the tenancy of the site which is owned by the South Australian Housing Authority, and Uniting SA provides social supports to tenants with their mental illness recovery and social supports located within Marion.
