Unity Housing will send all tenants a voluntary short survey in July 2024. We want to know what you think about how we are going and how we can improve our service to you. Filling in the survey is completely voluntary, and all responses will be confidential.

 

How will the survey be sent to tenants?
Unity Housing is working with the Community Housing Industry Association (CHIA NSW) to run the survey.  Depending on the contact details we have for you, the survey will be sent by text message, email or hard copy via Australia Post.

Is the survey compulsory?
Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and all responses will be confidential. No individuals will be identified in our compliance reporting to the National Regulator.

What do you need to do?

  • Look out for an email or text message with a survey link from Monday 1 July 2024. If you do not have email or a mobile phone, a hard copy will be posted out to you in July.
  • Click on the link provided to access the survey (or fill in the hard copy and post it back in the reply paid envelope provided)
  • Answer the questions (it will take around 10-15 minutes)
  • If you have any questions about the survey, you can call our Customer Care team on 1800 551 814

Why should I fill out the survey?
Unity Housing wants to be the best possible social landlord for our tenants, so it’s important for us to know how we are going and if we need to make changes.  By completing the survey questions, you can also enter a prize draw to win one of five $100 shopping vouchers. Winners will be drawn and notified in August.

How will the survey information be used?
All your responses are completely anonymous. CHIA NSW will summarise all the answers provided in a report for Unity Housing management, so we can identify positive changes that can be made straight away.

  • Fill out the questions (it will take around 10 minutes).

Will I find out what the survey said?
Survey results will be published in our tenant magazine Around the House and on our website as soon as they are available.
