About the Role

We are seeking a Tenancy Site Coordinator at The Globe to join our Housing Operations Team on a permanent part-time basis (26.6 hours/week, 0.7 FTE). You will provide on-site tenancy and property coordination to ensure a safe, supportive, and well-managed environment for residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing leases, rent, and tenant reviews;
  • Handling enquiries and applications from prospective tenants;
  • Supporting and engaging with residents;
  • Delivering front-line telephone and counter services;
  • Coordinating site caretaking, maintenance, and safety; and
