We’re inviting tenants in the Limestone Coast and Western Regions to take part in a short, voluntary survey – and we’d love to hear from you! Tell us what we’re doing well, where we could do better, and how we can improve your experience as a Unity Housing tenant.

Complete the survey and choose to enter the prize draw to win one of three $100 gift vouchers. Winners will be contacted at the end of the survey period.
How to take the survey
There are two ways to participate:
- Online: If we have your email address, you’ll receive an email on Thursday 31 July 2025 with a link to the survey (be sure to check your junk/spam folder). Simply click the link and complete the survey online.
- By Post: If we don’t have your email address, we’ll send you a paper copy of the survey and a reply-paid envelope. Just fill it out and pop it in the mail – no stamp needed.
Deadline to complete the survey
Please submit your survey – online or by post – by Friday 29 August 2025.
What happens next?
We’ll carefully review all feedback to identify what’s working and what needs improvement. Your input will help guide the changes we make to better support you and your community.
