About the Role

We are currently seeking an Asset Management Compliance Officer (AMCO) to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The primary focus of the role is to ensure compliance with asset management regulations and maintain data integrity, including:

  • Accurately maintaining the Strategic Planned Maintenance database to support upgrade programs.
  • Ensuring data consistency between the Property and Tenancy database and Strategic Planned Maintenance database.
  • Providing contractors with monthly on-time response and completion data and supporting them with work orders and compliance reporting.
  • Gathering and preparing data for Quality Assurance regulatory reporting, administering corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

This role further supports the wider team during periods of absence and/or increased workloads including frontline customer service to our tenants in facilitating maintenance requests.

About You

You bring extensive industry experience in contractor management and compliance, coupled with adeptness in efficiently analysing data and problem-solving. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitate seamless collaboration and formal reporting. Proficient in contemporary asset information systems and advanced IT skills, you streamline operations effectively. Adaptable and proactive, you excel in navigating change and making informed decisions with integrity. With a strong customer service orientation, you work efficiently under limited direction, meeting deadlines consistently.

  2. Experience in providing monthly responsive maintenance reporting on key stakeholder KPIs.
  3. Experience in preparing data for quality assurance regulatory reporting.
  4. Experience in contractor management in accordance with relevant legislation.
  5. Demonstrated skills in time management including setting priorities and organising workload.
  6. Experience in sharing administrative tasks in a team environment.
