Citi Hall

Citi Hall is a male only boarding house which can accommodate 6 people. Located in a quiet area of Adelaide Citi Hall is a heritage listed older home of considerable beauty. Most of the residents are long term and have contributed greatly to the amenity of the facility by building a beautiful outside area with a pergola, bar b que and a wonderfully productive vegetable garden.

Hurtle

This Boarding House is for females only and also accommodates 6 people. There is a homely kitchen and a large lounge room. The Boarding House is located in between the market and the vibrant SE corner of Adelaide. It is an older two storey dwelling and is suitable for women who live independent lives and require minimal support.

Gilles Lodge

Located in the SE corner of Adelaide, Gilles Lodge offers female only accommodation for 11 women. Gilles is an old two storey cottage with a large new area built onto the rear. There is a mixture of ensuite and shared facility rooms. The kitchen is large and adjoins a roomy lounge room and a popular outside area.

Angas Lodge

Angas is another heritage listed building of grand proportions. It has 43 rooms and all facilities are shared. The downstairs area is spacious and has a commercial kitchen, large dining and ‘old style’ elegant lounge room. The bedrooms are smaller than our other facilities and the weekly rental reflects this difference.

The Terrace

The Terrace is a state of the art facility completed in 2008 with ensuite, bedsit and shared facility rooms. Swipe card entry and CCTV promote safety and security for tenants. The modern rooms, extensive restoration of heritage features and up to date amenities make The Terrace not only an outstanding building but a great home for our 95 tenants.
